In extreme cases, Plutus™ Internet Services Pty (Ltd.) reserves the right to disable any database determined to be unacceptably harming performance of a database server.

Plutus™ Internet Services Pty (Ltd.) reserves the right to implement further allowances for database usage in the future, as new tools for determining a database's server impact are developed.
