If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, and we are unable to put things right to your satisfaction, we will refund all web hosting charges paid by you.

To claim on this guarantee you must notify us of your wish to cancel an account within the first 30 days following activation. Reseller account holders can receive a refund if account is cancelled within the initial 7 days after sign up. If the account holder cancels after the time period specified, there will be no refund given.All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated; e-mail and fax notifications are acceptable. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation. All e-mail cancellations must be forwarded to billing@plutushosting.com

EXCLUSIONS:

1. Domain registration charges are not refundable. This is in accordance with ICANN policies
2. Bandwidth overages that are over the allocated plan amount are not included.
3. Dedicated servers and VPS accounts are not included in this policy.
